Coaching Staff
Coach Plotts comes to John Carroll in the 2025 season, bringing a wealth of coaching experience and passion for the sport to Patriots Athletics. She's coached youth field hockey and lacrosse for Perry Hall Recreation Council (2012–2017), served as Head Coach for Bel Air Recreation Field Hockey (2018–2023) and an Assistant Coach for Bel Air Recreation Lacrosse (2018–2020), in addition to other various support positions with Summer Sevens Field Hockey, H2O Field Hockey Club and Crush Lacrosse Club.
Coach Plotts is "passionate about fostering an environment where athletes not only improve individually, but also contribute to the overall success and spirit of the team." She believes that "coaching is about more than just developing skills on the field — it is about building relationships, instilling confidence, and encouraging personal and team growth."
