The Fourth Annual Madison Brookshire Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament honors Maddie Brookshire '24, who was a Freshman at John Carroll when she unexpectedly passed away from a pulmonary embolism on October 20, 2020 at the young age of 14. To carry on her legacy at The John Carroll School and in our community for years to come, the Brookshire family partnered with the School to establish a scholarship.

The Madison Brookshire Memorial Scholarship supports students who share Madison’s passion for life, loyalty to friends, love of family and vision for their future. Maddie was an incredible daughter and friend. Her dream was to study at The John Carroll School, like her mother, and then pursue a career as an orthodontist. Those who knew and loved Maddie have given generously to establish her memorial scholarship fund, and this annual golf tournament allows her family and friends to work together with the community to provide scholarships in Madison’s memory every year.

Registration

$700/foursome or $175/player
Registration will cover the round of golf, range balls, drink cart, on-course beer and snacks, catered lunch, door prizes, raffles and awards.

Those who do not register online can register day-of, starting at 8:00 a.m.

The tournament will begin with a shot gun start at 9:00 a.m.

Title Sponsor — $5,000

Includes three foursomes, green fees and carts, on-course beverages and snacks, and lunch. Also includes your company logo on event signage and three tee box signs.

Giveaway Sponsor — $2,500

Includes one foursome, green fees and carts, on-course beverages and snacks, and lunch. Also includes your company logo on a tournament giveaway item and two tee box signs.
