We can't wait for John Carroll alumni, parents, friends and families to come together at Bulle Rock Golf Course for this can't-miss event, coming up on June 10! Foursomes and sponsorships are now closed, but luncheon-only tickets are still available for purchase.

Player Information

Pre-Tournament

• Bag Drop: Upon arrival, look for signs for Bag Drop, which is around the back of the main building. Volunteers will be on hand to assist you with your bags.
• Check-In: Opens at 7:30 a.m. outside of the Pro Shop. We ask all golfers to check in no later than 8:45 a.m. so we can start promptly at 9:00 a.m.
  • Chick-fil-A breakfast sandwiches will be provided to all golfers, courtesy of Chick-fil-A of Bel Air.
  • Power Packs will be available to purchase. For $50 per player, you will receive two Mulligans, one Sand Grenade and one Straightest Drive Contest entry!
  • Raffle tickets will be available for purchase, giving you the chance to win one of our exciting prize baskets.‍

Tournament

• Format: Captain's Choice (also known as a scramble). All golfers take their tee shot, the team captain selects the best drive and all golfers take their next shot from that spot. This process is repeated until the golf ball is in the hole.
• Snacks & Drinks: Snacks and water bottles will be waiting for you in your cart. Complimentary on-course refreshments include a Snack Shack at the turn, offering hot dogs, snacks, soft drinks, domestic beer and Tito's vodka drinks. There will also be two beverage carts with snacks and the same drink options as the Snack Shack.

Post-Tournament‍

• Reception & Awards: Join us inside for a brief presentation of awards, along with a hot lunch buffet and bar service.
