Facility Use

To request use of The John Carroll School facilities, all applicants should complete and submit the Facilities Use Request Form below. After you have submitted your request, the Coordinator of Campus Services will get in touch with you.

If you are interested in sharing your thoughts with us regarding your experience of using one of our rental facilities, you may fill out the Facilities Use Evaluation Form. We appreciate all feedback and will ensure we work to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
