Transfer Procedures

  1. Complete a John Carroll School Application
    The entire application should be filled out completely and submitted with a $35 non-refundable application fee. Call the Admissions Office for a complete brochure .
  2. Submit grades and test scores
    Students should submit to the Admissions Office three consecutive years of grades as well as any standardized test scores that were received during those three years.
  3. Send cover letter
    A cover letter should accompany the application explaining the desire for transfer.
  4. Contact Admissions Office in April
    The student and his or her parents should contact the Admissions Office in April to discuss the status of a possible transfer for the next school year. Transfers are accepted for the beginning of the next full school year.
